How to request a return

Open My Orders, choose the delivered order, and select the return option. Provide the requested reason and clear supporting photos.

• Keep the item safely packed until you receive the next update.

Refunds

After the returned item is reviewed, the refund decision and status are shared through your order updates. Processing time can vary by payment method.
